Russian for Academic Purposes
Language Link's academic Russian courses are designed for undergraduate and post-graduate students who have completed at least 1 - 2 years of Russian language studies. We offer students the opportunity to select traditional academic options such as Translation, Grammar, History, Cinema Studies and Literature, as well as Language of the Russian Media, Phonetics and Conversation Practice. Language Link's teachers are experts in these academic disciplines, with experience in providing accredited study programmes for Dickinson and Goucher Colleges of the USA, and RLUS of the UK. They are able to provide support with dissertations and theses in the areas of Russian culture, history, translation, linguistics, and psycholinguistics, as well as professional assistance in selection and analysis of materials. Upon request, Language Link can help students obtain the permission necessary to work in libraries, museums, and archives.

Vacation Revision in Moscow (available in Moscow only)
This new short-term intensive course has been specially designed for students who are studying Russian at university / college level, to help them prepare for their end-of-term exams. It consists of specialist revision classes in the following subjects, which students may choose from according to their personal requirements:
Translation
Grammar
Conversational Russian (for oral exams)
Russian Literature (topics specified by participating students)
History of Russia and the Soviet Union (topics specified by participating students)
The course runs during the summer and Easter vacation periods. It is 6 days long (Monday to Saturday) with 20 academic hours of study in total. It is possible to extend the course by 1 or 2 weeks, or take supplementary individual lessons (ˆ26,4 per academic hour).
The course fee (tuition only) is € 198 (discounts are available for group bookings of 3 or more students).
